The information requested by the VCF may differ than what is needed for a WTC Health Program application. Please ensure that you provide all of the information necessary for the WTC Health Program on your application to avoid delays. Members of the WTC Health Program may also be eligible for benefits through the federal September 11th Victim Compensation Fund and the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board.
